I cheerfully paid for all of the fancy items and waited for my follow-up heating and cooling service appointment. You can imagine my surprise when I saw my heating and cooling professional at the local hardware store the next day, purchasing the “fancy parts” from the discount container in the heating, cooling, and ventilation aisle. One more life lesson, l received the hard way.
