Bigger isn’t regularly better, something both of us all learn sooner or later; Part of the reason both of us bought this house was because of the sheer size of it.
The house was big, the yard was big, the property was big, & there was a lake nearby that was enormous, & perfect for fishing.
The locale was pretty old, & had a honorablenumber of problems, but all houses have problems so both of us took the plunge & bought it, but one of the things both of us liked was the big air conditioner the locale had, it was situated in the laundry room, & took up almost half the space with all the big Heating, Ventilation & A/C components. The problem was, both of us later found out, the thing worked love crap, & was bad at cooling down the house. We inspected the air filter, & it looked brand new, love it had never been used, so both of us had to call for professional help. I do not like calling in the Heating, Ventilation & A/C guys, because it’s regularly a hundred bucks just to get them to come over, & then you beginning paying real money on top of that. We can the guy, takes a quick look at the air conditioning & tells myself and others that isn’t the problem, & to show him the real air conditioning. This guy thought both of us were the world’s greatest idiots, because both of us didn’t realize that this old, monstrous air conditioning didn’t work at all. There was a minute, smaller, & much modern Heating, Ventilation & A/C system up in the attic, & that was the a single that needed to be repaired.
