I tried my best to sleep but I kept waking up because somebody had a crying baby on the plane
When my sister asked me to come visit her family on the other side of the country, I was hesitant. I didn’t like planes so I knew I’d either be driving or taking a train. Both options take a long while to get to the destination and I wasn’t looking forward to it. Then my sister said she would pay for my flight to come out because she just wanted to see me and be able to hang out. I agreed because it did seem like it had been forever since we visited. I told her I didn’t need the plane ticket but she insisted. I always felt anxious when riding on planes, not something that I enjoy. So it was the same old anxious feelings that came back and I started sweating before the plane took off. It was such a miserable feeling like my stomach was in my throat and I felt like throwing up. I felt alright after we leveled off though and I was desperately trying to adjust the temperature control settings. I was able to adjust the little A/C knob and I got the perfect flow to feel more comfortable. I tried my best to sleep but I kept waking up because somebody had a crying baby on the plane. I remember wishing that there was better air quality on the plane, but I guess you have to take what you get. When I visited with my sister, she asked how my flight was, but I didn’t try to make it sound awful because I wanted to have a good time.I appreciated the nice temperature control settings in her place and the decent air quality. I was surprised when I learned she had a UV air purification system installed which is wonderful!
