As much as I loved living in a rural area, the one major downside is that when you need services that are regularly available in the city, it isn’t a problem to get what you need.
But when you live in a rural area like I do, it can be difficult to get someone out here so you can get what you need. This is the current issue I’m facing, I’m having some major issues with my heater but all the good HVAC businesses are in the city, so even just getting a heating and cooling serviceman out here can be hard sometimes. Believe it or not, it took me an entire week of trying to find even one HVAC technician that would be able to take a look at my heater. I finally found a heating specialist and I have scheduled for him to come out tomorrow. I am really surprised that I am having problems with my heater so soon. It is still fairly new and it is a nice and modern electric heater so I figured it should have lasted longer than it did. When the heating and cooling serviceman came out the following day, he took a close look at my heater and was quickly able to identify what had gone wrong with it. Turns out, lucky for me that it was easy to fix, a couple of parts were bad and needed to be replaced and once they were replaced it would be as good as new again. So I got the parts replaced and now I can once again enjoy my heater on cold days.
