My wife was so mad about the furnace, although I am trying not to get too agitated about the furnace in our new apartment, when the people I was with and I first started renting this apartment, the people I was with and I were told by the building owner how the people I was with and I should respond if the furnace or the central a/c ever stopped working! Our furnace stopped working last week.
