My wifey was so mad about the gas furnace, however I am trying not to get too miserable about the gas furnace in our new apartment, but when both of us first started renting this apartment, both of us were told by the landlord how both of us should respond if the gas furnace or the central a/c ever stopped working! Since both of us were not responsible for fixing the Heating plus Air Conditioning units, the only thing that both of us needed to do was call the landlord plus have him deal with the Heating plus Air Conditioning units, and she would set up a time with the Heating plus Air Conditioning company if she couldn’t service it himself, however apparently, when both of us were looking at this apartment, there were a few people that warned us that both of us might have to wait a long time to get anything fixed, but both of us decided to provide the landlord the benefit of the doubt.
Now, both of us understand that people weren’t lying when it comes to the Heating plus Air Conditioning units, and our gas furnace stopped working last week.
As soon as the gas furnace stopped working, I called the landlord, plus she told me that she would contact the Heating plus Air Conditioning specialist right away. A few nights later, both of us hadn’t heard anything, so I called the landlord. She told me that she got busy plus forgot to call the landlord. Now, it has been a week, plus both of us still don’t have a working gas furnace. My wifey is furious with the landlord, plus while I understand the frustration, yelling at the landlord won’t service the gas furnace any faster, however i really just want to get the gas furnace working, plus I might call the Heating plus Air Conditioning specialist myself to get it done.
