I have been using HEPA filters for two years now, and I will swear by no other kind of filter. There is really no other filter on the market like a HEPA filter. I have tried using other kinds of air filters, such as cheap disposable filters and washable filters, and while I would agree that the washable filters are nice, they just cannot compete with how excellent a HEPA filter is. I have amazing indoor air quality in my home, and it would not be this way if it weren’t for HEPA filters. However, it has not always been this way, I used to have really bad indoor air quality in my home. It was so bad that I did not even like to be inside the house. The air was thick and heavy and every time I went inside I felt like I was breathing in a cloud. It was a horrible feeling and so I avoided being home as much as possible. When I complained to a friend about it, he mentioned that when he first moved into his apartment he had a similar problem. The air was heavy with a musty odor coming from the whole place. It worked for him and he recommended that I give them a try. I did and now I have several HEPA filters so I don’t have to worry about buying more for a long time. My filters have done an amazing job and my indoor air quality issues are a thing of the past.
