I have been trying to find washable air filters that work.
So far mysearch has been bad, however every single washable air filter that I have tried did not live up to all the hype and in some cases flaked apart within the first wash! A total waste of money, then well I decided to take one last try at these things before ruling out that washable air filters are a bunch of lies, but I was so happy I did because I tried the HEPA brand washable air filters and these are the real deal! HEPA washable air filters are where all the hype must be coming from, then because these HEPA washable air filters last for weeks on end! I am talking about how you can use one single air filter for almost 6 weeks, no joke! At least that was my experience with them.
Because of this it saved me so much money on air filters. I went out and bought a bunch of these HEPA washable air filters in bulk and now I should not have to buy any air filters for my central heating and a/c for at least a year or maybe even more so long as the other HEPA washable air filters that I bought perform the same way with the same lifespan and quality. If you are going to buy washable air filters I highly recommend you do not waste time with the cheap and unknown brands of washable air filters and go straight for the HEPA brand washable air filters!
