I have been sitting here with the same old electric furnace for almost 20 years.
I feel it is time for a major upgrade this coming winter.
What I plan to do is just go out and buy a brand new and completely up to date central heating and air conditioning system. Right now I only have basic central air conditioning and the electric furnace. And even the basic central air conditioning system is getting old. So it is totally best to just do a major upgrade and get with the modern HVAC technology all together. I will even be getting a smart thermostat to go with it so everything is brand new and up to date. Having a smart thermostat will offset the energy savings thing and I will not have to deal with the high electric bills that many central heating and air conditioning systems cause. It will be really great! I already know the central heating and air conditioning system I am going to get. I have it on layaway actually all reserved just for me! I made a small down payment to the local heating and air conditioning company to hold the brand new and up to date central heat and cooling unit for me till I have the cash to buy it in full. I will have that cash sometime by the end of next week. Then they will come and take out the electric furnace and install the brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system into my home!
