As a homeowner there are certain challenges that you will face over the lifetime of owning your home. Depending on how long you live in your house, you might need to replace a few major appliances. Appliances break and malfunction all the time, so this is just part of the deal of being a homeowner. Shingles are durable, they last long, and can withstand high winds. I am confident that my roof is intact, and I am hoping that I don’t have any unforeseen issues with my roof.
