You don't have to live with bad indoor air quality

If you have been living with bad indoor air quality for some time, then I have good news.

I am here to tell you that you do not need to continue to live that way because there are solutions available. So what causes bad air quality you might ask? Well there are multiple things in your home that can cause you to have bad indoor air quality. One of the first things I would recommend checking on your home is your heating and air conditioning system. This might be surprising to some people but your heating and AC system is directly linked to the quality of your indoor air. This is because it is through your indoor HVAC system that your air is filtered through your air filter. If you have a healthy, highly efficient, and well taken care of heating and AC system then you are more likely to have good indoor air quality. However if your home is dirty, or if you have not properly maintained your heating and AC system. Then there’s a possibility that you’re each HVAC unit could be struggling, if your heating and AC system is indeed struggling then not be able to clean your hair as efficiently. So the first thing I would recommend is having your heating and air conditioning system checked by your local HVAC technician. Make sure all is good with your heating and cooling system first. If it isn’t your heating and air conditioning system you’re still suffering from bad indoor air quality then it’s likely something else that’s causing it and I was just looking into getting a HEPA filter or some standing air purifiers.
