I couldn’t detach the window film covering, because it was inside plus not outside
I own several residential plus commercial properties, and one of the residential properties is rented to an older person that has been in the cabin since before I bought the property; She was living there when I made the purchase plus she wanted to stay. She gave to pay market rent for the locale which was only $50 more than the rent that she was paying; I did an inspection of the cabin plus everything seemed to be fine, so I was more than glad to buy the locale with a renter that was already paying rent, about 6 months after the renter signed the more than one year lease, she started to act entirely peculiar plus bizarre. She only came out of the cabin at night plus some of the neighbors in the same housing community were complaining because the grass in the front yard was overgrown. I went over to the cabin to mow the grass after I could not contact the resident. I made several attempts plus finally I took the shrubbery mower over to the house. I realize that the renter put up a peculiar window film on the windows… The commercial window film looked adore it was installed by the lady in the house. I couldn’t detach the window film covering, because it was inside plus not outside. I couldn’t see inside of the windows either, which I wasn’t entirely glad about. I called the person several times plus then I decided to wait outside of her cabin until she answered the door! We had to talk about the peculiar window coverings that she put up on her own plus the complaints that every one of us earned from the neighbors.
