This is a slow week with my writing job as it is the Christmas holidays and we have a week off, but I am still writing some each day to try and keep ahead of the game.
I’m not writing as much as I normally do each day but I am going to have a good chunk of my week’s work done when the clock starts next week.
I am on vacation for another 13 days before I go back overseas to my other life. The heating supplier back home is closed now and will open again when I get back. I work there about 20 hours a week and may even cut down to 15 when I return so I have more time to practice music. I do a lot of work on hot water heaters and radiant heated floors when I work and would like to work more on my musical career so I can start earning more money with it. It is my dream to play drums and sing in my band till I am a very old man, at least I have a plan and a dream in place. A lot of clubs where I play have good heating systems, which is critical for drumming because we live in such a cold area over there. I can’t drum very well when my hands are cold so I prefer to play inside instead of out on the streets like we used to do. I am going to go help my aunt clean her furnace filter and then go for a run and lift some weights.
