During the summer my family and I travel a lot.
This is because we have two summer houses.
There is one on the beach and one on the lake. It’s always nice to go to these houses and experience the different sceneries. Our one summer house that is on a lake is a lot more peaceful than the other house. We have no neighbors and the only house that’s near us is about two miles away. Our lake house is pretty small and it’s very easy for it to cool down during the summer. Whereas compared to our other house on the beach our home is much bigger. Our house on the beach is the biggest out of the three homes that my family owns. We decided to get a bigger house on the beach because a lot of our family members like to use it all summer long. They will invite some of their friends or other family members over when we’re not using the home. This house takes a normal amount of time to cool down because we have multiple air registers throughout the home. The type of HVAC system that we have at our beach house is a mini split system. This is because we normally use the air conditioning more than the heater, due to the warm climate that the house is located in. Whenever the house is used again right before the summer my dad makes sure that he has an HVAC technician take a look at the HVAC system.
