I couldn’t believe my bad luck
I have been having such bad luck lately! I’m really hoping that my run of bad luck is almost over, though. I’ve been having all kinds of problems lately, including trouble with my electrical system, my plumbing system, and now with my HVAC system. The HVAC problems have ended up being the worst of all, though. At first I thought that the issues with my indoor air quality were just because of the changing temperatures outside, but then I realized that it was more of an interior sort of problem. The weather outside was really heating up a lot and so I tried to turn the A/C down inside. When I turned the temperature down to 68 degrees inside the house, nothing happened. I kept waiting for the house to start cooling off, but nothing ever happened. It turned out that my central air conditioning system had completely died for no reason at all. I couldn’t believe my bad luck. After having to pay for an electrician and then a plumber to come to my house to do repair work, now I had to pay for an HVAC technician to come and repair my A/C system too! It was going to cost a whole lot of money to get the A/C fixed, but I just can’t live without my air conditioning for very long. I really hope that this is the end of my run of bad luck, though. I don’t have that much money saved up and I can’t afford to make any more home repairs any time soon!
