Mostly advertisements and promotions that they have going on
Three weeks ago I signed up for some heating and AC services with a new Heating and cooling business that had come to my area. I was in a rush to get my heating and air conditioning system fixed. My air conditioner has suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night in my house and has quickly become a furnace! You would think that I was running my gas furnace all day long with it being so hot in the house the temperature was easily in the 90s! It was so bad that I couldn’t even stand to be there and so I chose the cheapest heating and air conditioning company that was nearest to me. That is how I found the online HVAC company that I decided to go with. I signed up for the services online and sure enough that same Tuesday they came and they serviced my air conditioning system. They got their job done and I paid them, afterwards they left. However ever since my encounter with this heating and AC company they have been sending me a whole bunch of items in the mail. Mostly advertisements and promotions that they have going on. It doesn’t end there and I have even gotten phone calls from them asking when I was going to schedule my next heating and AC appointment and when I wasn’t sure or hesitated they told me how important it was I took care of my heating and air conditioning system. I do agree that it’s important to take care of your HVAC unit and all but all of this unnecessary mail is not something I appreciate because I can see that they’re trying to get me to come back just so they get more money out of me. I’ll probably go with a business that cares about me as a customer rather than just making another buck but I feel like that will be hard to come by.
