I have an Heating and Air Conditioning tech coming to look at my extra room for rent tomorrow so that is pretty great news for myself and others as I have been barely getting by each month with the bills
We just had a crazy weekend of fireworks and parades as it was a local festival here in my town. I believe there is 1 more this coming weekend and then it will be quiet here for several months and a lot of the local corporations will go into hibernation mode. This month is quite slow here except for a few tourists who came in from other towns to hang out. I am going to do my work as official and then go for a ride along the shore to check out the sea. I will work till about 5pm today and then go to my beach to meet my friends. The local business will entirely come to the beach and do a little exercise routine with me. I started training him last year and he is a lot better at volleyball now as he has been practicing each month a lot. I am going to go shopping for food today at the small local supplier and get myself and others fruit and veggies for the week. I will rent the room out for a month and see how the people I was with and I do together and then decide from there if I want to keep renting it. I have a great laboring central heat and air unit, which is a great selling point when it comes to people wanting to rent my extra room here in the flat.
