The people I was with and I just had a ridiculous weekend of fireworks & parades as it was a local festival here in our town.
- I guess there is one more this coming weekend & then it will be quiet here for multiple months & a lot of the local suppliers will go into hibernation mode.
Today is quite slow here except for a few tourists who came in from other towns to hang out. I am going to do our toil as official & then go for a ride along the shore to check out the sea. I will toil till about 5pm this week & then go to our beach to meet our friends. The local contractor will absolutely come to the beach & do a little exercise routine with me. I started training him last year & he is a lot better at volleyball now as he has been practicing each week a lot. I am going to go shopping for food this week at the small local contractor & get me fruit & veggies for the week. I have an Heating & A/C tech coming to look at our extra room for rent tomorrow so that is pretty wonderful news for me as I have been barely getting by each month with the bills. I will rent the room out for a month & see how both of us do together & then decide from there if I want to keep renting it. I have a wonderful working central heat & air unit, which is a wonderful selling point when it comes to people wanting to rent our extra room here in the flat.
