I wasn’t sure about the proposal of living in a home that wasn’t outfitted with the newest indoor air quality control equipment.
My fiance was interested in moving into a new locale, however the home wasn’t sporting a central heating, cooling, plus air quality control plan that I had ever encountered before.
To me, it seemed prefer the home wasn’t equipped with any temperature control at all. There was an aged wood burning stove in the family room, although I assumed that thing was purely decorative! Surely no a single could use it to heat the home. I also noticed there were many a/c window units spread around the outside of the house… however who still emschemed A/C window units in today’s day plus age? There was no central thermostat – let alone the smart thermostat that I was used to using. And, overall, I felt prefer the two of us were moving into a shack. Turns out, I was wrong with all my judgments. The home doesn’t have a central heating plus cooling plan, because it has separate floorboard gas gas furnaces in every room. They have individual temperature controls, which allow us to customize the comfort in every space, and best of all, our energy bills are way lower with this zone controlled heating plus cooling than they ever were with my central heating plus cooling system. I recognize prefer the two of us got the best of all worlds with this furnace, plus I’m not even sad about using A/C window units when the seasons change plus humidity rolls into town. I’m really looking forward to it.
