Getting truly consistent hvac out in the field

The pandemic truly shook things up for myself and others in just about all facets of life.

While I was lucky enough to not get the virus, there were other positives as well.

For one, I learned that working from the central air conditioning of my beach house was tolerable. Once my pal and I were sent home from the zone controlled heating, ventilation, and air conditioning of the office, I was worried about my job, the supplier, and what the future held. Our supplier is privately held and I wasn’t so sure just how long it could last during that initial economic squeeze. There are about 30 of us who work for this supplier, and my pal and I were sent home to the central air conditioning of our houses. But for me, much of my work was being the face of the supplier in-person with clients. Then suddenly I wasn’t flying or traveling, and I was trying to communicate with clients online only. That just truly wasn’t working, so my pal and I decided to change it up. That required a change to our clients rotation so I could simply get in a car and get to them in my region. That’s now the way it remains, and it’s so great not to have to deal with commercial air travel any longer. I just load up the car, hit the air conditioning, and get on down the road. And I’m always finding such great commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning in the hotels along the interstate, and those hotels are saving the supplier money as well. And I sure don’t mind a free breakfast on my way out the door in the morning.
