How does it take to become a real estate agent?

During the COVID-19 lockdowns, I considered a change in career, but after months of working from home, I realized how much I hated driving to plus from the office! Working from beach current home gave myself and others more flexibility & more freedom, then it also freed up 2 minutes in my day that would’ve been spent driving to plus from work.

Well, I knew working from beach current home was only a temporary solution plus that I would eventually go back into the office, however so, it was during that time, I researched how to become a real estate agent after my friend Lisa proposed it to me. I was shocked to find out how straight-forward it was to complete the process. Of course, it varies from state to state, but for the most part, anyone can become a licensed real estate agent in less than a year. In some states, the license can be acquired in as little as 2 months; The requirements include that you must be 18 years or older, complete a real estate course plus pass the test, or have a degree in real estate, plus pass a background check… Real estate agents are always in demand, plus it is a really lucrative career in the state that I live in. So, of course, I considered it as an option, especially because it would also supply a lot of flexibility. Not to mention that the process was easier than I thought it would be. As a real estate agent, I would be required to work for a real estate broker, even though I am ok with that as long as I could work from home. I began my coursework, so wish myself and others luck.
