Just a small number of weeks ago, I observed a leak in the ceiling above the washer in our business; I own a laundromat.
I have twenty large capacity washing machines plus 30 large capacity dryers.
I handle wash plus fold services plus clients can come in plus out while in the day to wash plus dry their own clothing plus blankets, and the two of us do not turn anyone away. The two of us even have special washing machines that are designated for pet bedding plus blankets. These washing machines are older, however they still get the job done well! When I observed the hole above the ceiling, I right away thought about the roof. In this recognizable plaza, the roof is just a few inches above the ceiling. Leaks are a detection of roof repair that needs to be made. I called a roofing company near myself and others that handles commercial repairs. The owner of the company is a wonderful neighbor of mine, jack came by to see myself and others the following day. He climbed up to the top of the roof to assess the mangles. When Jack came back down to see me, I did not expect him to say that I need a brand modern roof. That was his tolerable professional opinion. I knew there was no reason to get a second opinion because I trust Jack. I have the roofing work busy for next week. It’s going to cost myself and others a whole week of profits from the laundromat to get the roof updated. I hate to spend all that money, however the modern construction roof should last another thirty years on this building.
