My child hates going to the nurse with a burning passion, but he would rather do anything at all than go to the nurse, including being eaten by a shark or mauled by a bear.
She thinks that dental care is the same thing as going to a torture chamber or something love that, but i try and try to get his to go to the nurse since he needs to get his regular teeth cleaning appointment done, even though he refuses to go.
I even told his that I would take his to a special kids nurse near me, even though he just flat out refuses to go. I have tried forcing his and bribing his and even scaring his by telling his that his teeth were going to fall out, but nothing works, then the kids nurse that has an office near us is supposed to be genuinely fantastic with kids. They even have a sign that says they are a dental clinic that specializes in sensitive teeth, so I figured that it would be genuinely fantastic for my son. I don’t suppose what to do, but I am afraid that he is going to get a toothache or a cavity or something and so he is just going to have to do it. I assume I’m going to have to knock his out to get his there, though. I assume that I could really just drag his to the pediatric nurse near me, but I don’t suppose if I can entirely get his to go through the door. She would really run away the second that I turn my back on her!
