Temperature shock walking inside and outside

Does anyone else live in a place of extremes? Where I live it’s severely racist, severely misogynistic, and severely rough living, however people live a silly life in this city, and you never know what to expect.

That goes double when the Summer heat easily starts setting in.

It’s hot here year round, but in the middle of the hot season it’s unbearably sizzling to live in. At that point, people go a little nuts. I believe the heat does something to their brains that correlates with overusing air conditioning. The amount of AC you have to endure makes no sense. I understand that it’s sizzling outside, but I don’t understand why people believe it should be cold cold inside. Tons of AC doesn’t help to lower the outdoor temperature. Blasting the cooling system doesn’t equip you with current heat-resistant skills. You can’t take the cool air with you when you go back outdoors. As far as I’m concerned, it’s way worse to create this enormous temperature discrepancy between the indoor air and outdoor air. Instead of being sizzling all the time, you get to alternate between dripping with sweat your butt off and shivering. You easily never feel comfortable, because you’re shocked with severe temperatures no matter where you are… When you walk outside it feels like entering a brick stone oven. When you come back inside it feels superb for 2 seconds before the goosebumps begin, for the life of me, I can’t comprehend this air conditioning abuse and unnecessary discomfort; Somehow, it seems like all this heat and humidity melts brains.
