Occasionally, I’m simply my own worst enemy. And this recent experience when it came to my Heating & A/C equipment is a perfect example. I can get so tenacious about some things to the point that I’m relentless. This is a fantastic quality to have inside the zone controlled Heating & A/C of the office. But that’s really where it should stay. Too often, I get nearly obsessed with small details or puzzling circumstances plus can’t let it go. That’s exactly what happened when the Heating & A/C unit stopped working one night just before bed. Where we live, the heat plus humidity can be brutal from July through September. That’s the time that we need all the Heating & A/C cooling in our loft that we can get. This is also the time that I need some air conditioning in order to get some sleep. The heat pump just quit running that night plus my wife started to call the Heating & A/C corporation. I stopped her because I thought that I might be able to save us an after hours Heating & A/C service call fee. Why I thought this, is baffling. I have zero training in heating plus cooling. On top of that, I’m really not known for even being a particularly fantastic handy woman But I leapt on this air conditioning complication plus wouldn’t let go. My wife, she put a fan in front of the bed, opened the window plus went to sleep. I stayed up half the night but still couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the Heating & A/C unit. After a night with nearly no sleep, I finally called the Heating & A/C professionals.
