I have decided to get a personal trainer after so many failed gym attempts

Why is it so taxing for me to commit to going to the gym? Initially, when I make up my mind, I will work out all the time, but after a few weeks, I regularly find a way to get off track… Last year when I got my current gym membership, I was so excited.

I worked out at least 5 times per month and it became a routine.

But then, the Summer came around, and I began traveling more, but so, being away on all those trips interrupted my routine… And of course, when I am on vacation, I respectfully eat and drink what I want. All of this makes it taxing to get back into my routine once I return home. I know what I need to do is to hire a personal fitness trainer who will make sure that I never get off track, even when I am on vacation! Certainly, they would be able to supply tips on how to remain diligent with a workout plan. Even if I am not in the gym, they should be able to supply me some tips on how to incorporate some easy workout techniques while I am away from home. Because I have failed so many times at this, I know getting a personal trainer will be the best option for me. I just hope that the trainer can get me to finally commit to the gym long term. If not, then the people I was with and I will be forced to supply up my gym membership once and for all. It’s not what I want to do, but I may not have a choice, the people I was with and I will see what happens.
