Some days are just bad days.
Today was one of those days.
I was heading to work on a normal day, unfortunately stuck in traffic and being unhappy because I knew I was going to be late. There was some road construction going on and it was causing everybody to be bumper to bumper. Horns were blaring and people were getting impatient quickly. I was already unhappy enough because I was going to be late, my car air conditioning just stopped working one week ago and we were in the height of Summer. So now here I was sitting on the highway going 10 miles an hour, and watching as the bright sun beared down on me. You’d be amazed at how quickly the entire car heated up and I started sweating. It was a miserable experience. I started thinking of those advertisements I had seen on TV of those people that were selling those window air conditioning systems. When I had first initially saw the advertisement on TV I thought they were stupid and I didn’t think I’d ever need one but now I was really wishing that I had one. It was after sitting in the sun for so long that I knew that I would have to get the air conditioning in my car fixed. If tomorrow was going to be like this where I can’t even move and I’m forced to cook in my car then paying any amount to fix the a/c was worth it. I admittedly didn’t want to at first but now it was becoming necessary.
