The other week, it was swelteringly hot in the office, and we have been having a brutal heat wave lately plus the job has been even worse than it usually is! I don’t legitimately like my job on a superb day, but whenever the temperature rises, it makes being in the office virtually impossible.
Our office is on the top floor of the building, plus as we all know, heat moves up! I feel that whenever the air conditioning machine isn’t working correctly, the top floor of the building is a lot hotter than the lower floors are, and whenever the air conditioning isn’t working the right way, it’s pretty clear that people around the office notice… Everyone is meaner plus grumpier than they normally are, plus it seems like everyone in our department is just in a disappointing mood.
They aren’t the only ones, either! I completely know that I get into a disappointing mood whenever the air conditioning machine isn’t working. It’s the same way at my own residence, but I believe that it might be even worse whenever I am at work. At least at my own residence, I can put on a tank top plus shorts. At the office, I have to be dressed up plus that’s not so easy to deal with whenever the temperature at your desk is way too hot. I was thinking about bringing in a portable air conditioning machine to my desk by the end of the week, but finally I saw a commercial Heating plus A/C truck out in the parking lot. I am genuinely hoping that they get this complication taken care of by Monday!
