The staff meeting was freezing cold on Tuesday

On Tuesday, we had a staff meeting at work but it was freezing cold in the room.

The conference room where we meet for all of our staff meetings is constantly having problems with the heating and cooling system that’s in there.

I don’t know what’s wrong with it, but the conference room has terrible indoor air quality. There’s just something wrong with it and there’s no way to adjust the thermostat correctly. Whenever I set up a meeting in that room, I always try to go in a couple of hours early so I can adjust the thermostat. That way, I know that the temperature is going to be just right whenever we have a meeting. However, most of the time it doesn’t even work! Most of the time, it seems like I never even touched the thermostat at all! I think that there is definitely something faulty in the HVAC setup in that particular room. The rest of the office does not have the same problem. Even the other conference rooms don’t have this problem, but sometimes that is the only conference room that’s available. Whenever that happens, you just have to deal with it. On Tuesday, I walked into the room whenever it was time for the staff meeting and I could have sworn that I could see my breath in the air. The air conditioning, which had not worked at all the week before, was on overtime this week. It was freezing in that room and we finished the meeting up as quickly as we possibly could.
