When my wife Ed informed myself and others that she was pregnant, I was shocked. She and I were in the middle of buying a more current house, plus didn’t assume this was the right time to have our baby. The more current home required some updates, so the goal was to work on that during the weekend. But, life always works differently from what my pal and I plan. Sure enough, my pal and I were going to have this baby, so plans had to adjust a bit. Ed and I were still moving ahead with the purchase, because now my pal and I certainly needed a new home. But, she and I planned to make major renovations after the baby came. That way, we’d have enough extra currency in the bank for this next chapter of our lives. My pal and I got the current home all prepared by the time the baby came, which was a real miracle. Thankfully, friends plus family were on hand to lend a hand here plus there. The baby would get her own room, plus my pal and I set up a new ductless A/C in the home office. The current home has a central Heating as well as A/C system set up to ensure that Ed and I had the best heating plus cooling. However, babies need more care, so my pal and I chose to buy something different. Ed and I spoke with a local Heating as well as A/C professional who advocated us to opt for a ductless A/C in her home office. This way, my pal and I could set identifiable temperatures for that space only, plus not affect the rest of the house. This was the simplest idea, because my pal and I also got a dehumidifier for the new baby’s room as well. It’s important to keep in mind the specialized heating plus cooling needs of a baby, plus the indoor air quality of the home office.
