Mom has consistently dreamed about living in a chalet. Her dad owned a chalet many years ago, plus she has the best memories there. However, our mom raised us in the city, in a bungalow at a nice town. Now, our life in this state was amazing because the community was lovely. But, Mom began wanting to live anywhere quiet when my pal and I left home. Since she was an empty nester now, mom chose to live in a chalet, anywhere nice, where she could host people touring the area. The dream was to find a lovely chalet, with like 3 acres of land, or more. Last year, that dream came true. My older sibling had been going to see this rural part plus came across a chalet for sale, some very remote, on over 5 acres of land. It took about 3 weeks to get everything in order, plus mom to move. One matter that my pal and I had to resolve was a new gas furnace for the chalet. This part gets super cold during the winter time weeks, so it’s paramount to have a new gas furnace in site. My pal and I made sure to track down a heating plus A/C company nearby to handle installing a current system in the house. They also made sure the ductwork was in decent condition. I assume they missed some gaps, because mom noticed some cold spots around the chalet. Fall was pretty cold, so she turned on her gas furnace. This is when she came upon these cold spots, plus my pal and I called the heating plus A/C company once more. They sent out a Heating as well as A/C expert who traced down all the gaps in the ductwork plus did thorough duct sealing.
