Odd odor in the beach house after lighting the furnace

Every one of us just came off a truly long Wintertide plus I was happy when we were able to shut down the Heating plus Air Conditioning method for a few mornings. I was legitimately hoping that it was the end of having to use it for the season however with an unexpected chilly front coming in we decided to turn it back on. I should have known better than to recognize we were done because it is only the middle of April however the weather has been so nice that I was hopeful; At any rate we turned the furnace back on plus noticed that there was an strange odor in the beach house that we hadn’t had before, however my wifey said that it odored like something was burning plus wasn’t sure why that would be the case, the odor continued each time the furnace kicked on plus I became distraught that there was a serious problem. I called our Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier plus had them schedule an appointment to have a specialist come out instantly. I did not want to run the risk of a problem that could cause a fire so we shut off the furnace until they arrived… Once the specialist had done his inspection he came back to inform us that a single of the circuits in the furnace had malfunctioned plus it was causing the component to overheat. I could not understand why that would have happened all of a sudden thought he said with older systems like ours sometimes these things just do! He suggested that we have an electrical panel inside the Heating plus Air Conditioning method replaced plus also left us with a brochure for a new component if we were interested.
