When my wife and I first moved into our home, we were really excited. The house was charming and had plenty of space in the attic for putting extra stuff in. Well, now is the time. We have been working hard for a few years on getting the attic completed and turned into a common room. The next step is adding central heating and cooling capability to the area. My wife and I called the Heating & Air Conditioning provider and explained to them what was going on. They sent out an Heating & Air Conditioning dealer to take a look and give us some options. The Heating & Air Conditioning contractor explained to us that zone control could be installed in our new space. I wasn’t sure what that was, and my wife didn’t either. The Heating & Air Conditioning contractor explained that zone control meant that you could have different temperatures in the attic from the rest of the house. That sounded much less complicated. The Heating & Air Conditioning contractor gave us a quote for the project and it was reasonable. The Heating & Air Conditioning contractor will be returning with new parts and some workers in order to install our zone control system. My wife and I are one step closer finally finishing our attic! I cannot wait until I can decorate. I’m entirely thankful to our Heating & Air Conditioning provider for telling us about zone control. The attic is going to be a great, liveable room very soon. HVAC will make a big difference.
