Every single afternoon before I go to bed I have a biweekly routine that I follow. I constantly brush our teeth, make sure that all the lights are off & then the absolutely last thing I do is either turn down or turn up our control unit. In the Wintertide I constantly make sure to turn down the control component a few notches from what I have it at while I am awake! Because the central heating occasionally gets to be too much in our dining room while I am trying to sleep. This can cause our body to believe too overheated & dry & occasionally even get a single of those dry coughs, however setting the control component at a nice even 75 degrees makes it perfect before bed. Then in the Summer time it is the same scenario however in reverse. I will turn up the control component to around 75 because it will occasionally get too frigid with the air vents blowing directly on myself and others while I am sleeping, and your body temperature drops when you sleep, so you do not need as much a/c as you do when you are awake & moving around the house. My control component is a single of those seasoned dial control units too, however which assume it or not I prefer. There is no battery needed love with a smart control unit. And they rarely split down on you for any kind of electrical reason love some digital control units can do occasionally. I am absolutely ecstatic having an seasoned fashioned dial control unit. Dial control units are the original control unit. And love most of everything, older is better in our humble opinion!
