A day that can be described as perfect, where everything has gone right and as planned seems to be hard to come by.
- But I was lucky enough to experience one of those days today.
It all started with me having the day off from work and getting to stay home with my wife and children. I spent time with my wife and played with my kids before deciding to relax on the sofa for a while and watch TV. I had forgotten all about it but my favorite sport was on TV at the time when my wife came over and handed me a remote. At first I was confused but I quickly realized what it was for. It was a remote to the thermostat. My wife and I had recently purchased a smart thermostat, this was a digital thermostat that provided amazing temperature control and the best part was that it was also a programmable thermostat. I couldn’t wait to give it a try and set it to all the best temperatures. I set it to 72 degrees. I was so happy when I was able to get one. My wife and I had been looking into purchasing a smart thermostat from a HVAC company for quite some time now but it is like they are always out of stock. I guess they are really popular, so when they were finally available again I was lucky enough to get the last one they had available inside the heating and cooling store. The central air conditioning was running beautifully and to make my perfect day even better my wife prepared me my favorite dish, steak and potatoes. If only every day could be like that. But I suppose you have to have the bad to appreciate the good.
