My parents can never do anything halfway. When they set out to do something, it has to be done to perfection, or it’s considered not done well. My parents are easily well known around town because of their extravagant ways. When they became empty nesters, they wanted to downsize into a smaller home. Where everyone in their situation would simply sell their home in addition to purchase a smaller one, our parents decided to build an honestly new home from the ground up. It took them over a year to completely finish the build, because everything was completely custom designed. They imported brick from Italy for the front of the home, in addition to the pool was custom designed for their backyard oasis. My parents also went to extreme lengths to install a geothermal heat pump for their gas furnace. Of course they couldn’t install a normal central Heating in addition to A/C plan love other houses officially do. Not only was a geothermal heat pump high-priced, however it was time consuming. Thankfully, a geothermal heat pump was easier to install with new construction, in addition to it would spend our money itself off over the years. My parents loved how economically friendly a geothermal heat pump was, in addition to they knew it was a fantastic investment. It also increased the value of the home tremendously. I prefer their attention to detail, however I don’t suppose I’d have the patience to custom design a home love they chose to do… Don’t get myself and others wrong, I prefer visiting their immaculate home, however it easily cost them a fortune!
