Bought air purifier because of neighbor’s housework

I’m definitely not the type of person who spends a lot of money on myself.

If I can get by without it, I’m not going to shell out the cash.

I’m a much bigger fan of keeping money in the bank and keeping my expectations low. This is why people often comment on my house being very minimal when they step inside and take a look around. It’s true, I don’t invest in many belongings or luxuries for myself. I don’t see a problem with it as long as I can live happily and healthily. Unfortunately, this is the reason why I had to go out and buy a heating, cooling, and air quality control upgrade recently. I felt like I was no longer capable of living a healthy life thanks to my neighbor’s recent home renovation. When they decided they were going to have a building contractor put an addition on their house I never thought that my indoor air quality would be so heavily impacted. The day that the construction crew arrived it seems like a dust cloud hovered over my house and permeated my indoor air through every window. Suddenly, you could see the dust and dirt floating through my living room every time the heating, cooling, and air quality control system came on. I could almost smell the dirt and outdoor air contaminants flowing into my windows every morning. Eventually, I felt like my respiratory system was taking a beating and my overall immune health was beginning to fail. As much as I hate spending money on myself, I called the heating and cooling repair shop for an air quality solution. Now, I have to run an air purification system day in and day out until this house renovation is complete. So much for minimalism.
