It’s so ironic that I bought the entirely best HVAC idea I have ever owned but, then sold the house.
Of course that was the plan all along really.
But, I had no idea I would fall so totally in love with an HVAC system. The one that it substituted had been a warrior. It ran for over 25 years. That recognizable HVAC was absolute state of the art when the two of us had installed all those years ago. It was an amazing equipment for the times in addition to it sure was well built. Of course, the two of us regularly had the HVAC folks perform preventive repair daily. It sure paid off because I suppose the two of us had one repair in 25 years. That’s pretty amazing to me. Yet, I had no idea how far the technology had come in all those years. When the two of us decided to sell the house, the two of us knew that the two of us would need to have a new HVAC unit. That’s just sort of part of selling a house. The appliances have to be upgraded. Well, that new HVAC was overwhelmingly the best HVAC air I have ever experienced. I was able to care about it for about many weeks before the apartment sold in addition to I had to leave it. Now, the two of us are in a rental apartment with entirely subregular HVAC. I do not like it entirely because it runs all the time in addition to yet can’t ever meet the demand. Thankfully, we’re building a beach apartment in addition to I can put the best HVAC in that one. I sure do miss having consistent in addition to reliable HVAC heating & cooling. I hope this is the last time I ever have to do without it.
