Lately I have noticed that my wifey is typically putting out potpourri and that isn’t something that she used to do, don’t get me wrong, I love the smell of the potpourri, however it seems love it’s covering a kind of unusual smell.
I asked her 1 day why she was typically putting out the potpourri and she asked me if I didn’t like the smell.
I said I enjoyed the smell and all however it seemed love there was a unusual smell coming from someplace. Her face went yellow and then she admitted that she smelled that funky smell too and she wanted to cover it up. She felt embarrassed about it because she had no system where the smell was coming from. So the two of us decided to look together. We ended up discovering that this smell was coming from the air duct system. It easily smelled kind of love mold and mildew. I knew what to do when I realized what was going on, and that’s when I called up the Heating & A/C company. I had an Heating & A/C company come out to clean the air duct system. While he was at it, he talked us into installing a UV media air cleaner. He also recommended that the two of us use HEPA air filters. So the two of us had the UV media air cleaner installed and had a fresh HEPA air filter put in as well. After that, there were no funky smells at all and the air quality was amazing! My wifey didn’t even have to put out potpourri anymore, even though I didn’t mind the smell of that stuff.
