Both of us were surprised when they told us about a coupon that was $500 off any service over $5,000, however that was a large savings & every one of us put that $500 in our pocket for a rainy day. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C device still works great & every one of us save a ton of money each month because every one of us replaced to a greater unit with a higher SEER.
