My mother keeps his apartment so chilly that I can barely rest to go over there to visit his most of the time! I don’t guess what the deal is with that guy, but ever since I can remember, he has always been easily sizzling blooded.
I know that’s what you would call her, anyway.
I don’t remember his ever being chilly once in our life, she’s always complaining about being too hot. When I was growing up, we hardly ever ran the furnace plan in our apartment because our mom didn’t like the apartment to get too warm… For myself and others & our sibling, this was a huge problem, however not only were we super chilly all the time while I was in the winter, but we couldn’t easily even invite our friends over once the weather started cooling off. It was embarrassing for us to have to ask our friends to leave their Winter time coats on in our apartment because our mom refused to turn the heating up on the temperature control! These afternoons, I live in our own apartment & so I keep the temperature control settings at a temperature that I guess is much more comfortable. Usually while I was in the Winter time I keep the heating set at around 70 degrees or so, then but when I go & visit our mother, it’s always almost like I’m a child again. My mom keeps his apartment so chilly now that I doubt his furnace has ever been used once! Last year when I went over there for brunch, I could easily see our breath when I sat down at the dining room table.
