I really wish I had my old neighbors back.
- I like the kind of neighbors that you see every now and then, you give a polite greeting and then you go back to doing your own thing.
The best part? Your neighbors minding their own business. Most of the neighbors I’ve had were exactly like that, and it was paradise. Unfortunately, my neighbors to my left had a baby and moved to a larger home. While I am happy for them, I wish they would have stayed. Because now I have a really annoying and nosy neighbor. She is the kind that has to stick her nose where it doesn’t belong. It’s incredibly frustrating, because I will be in my own yard minding my own business, and this lady will come up to me and start questioning me like I am doing something suspicious when all I am doing is relaxing! She isn’t even particularly friendly either. Anyways, she has really gotten on my nerves as of recently because she has been nagging at me to either get my air conditioning system fixed, or keep it turned off. Why? Because whenever my A/C is on it makes this weird high pitched squeaky noise, which her big ears can hear inside of her house. I am aware that my HVAC unit has it’s issues, but I am unable to fix it for a while. Besides, apart from the noise the heating and cooling unit works mostly okay, it just needs it’s refrigerant replaced, because the air it is blowing out isn’t cold. So when she comes up to nag at me about the noise and how I need to fix it, I am tempted to tell her that no, I listen to the A/C squeaky noise for pure enjoyment.
