I was so happy when our number one show came to the theater in the city… I purchased tickets for opening night. I wanted to be in the front row the first night that the show opened. I purchased 2 tickets to the show and I invited our best acquaintance to join myself and others for the outing, since I paid for the ticket, she didn’t mind going with me. She prefers the theater, but she works as a waitress. She does not really gain a lot of cash, however on the night of the opening, our best acquaintance was supposed to meet myself and others at the theater. Instead, I received a telephone call from our frantic friend. She was certainly angry because the A/C and her lake house stopped working. She called the building supervisor to repair the AC, then the guy was still working on the problem. She apologized for the delay and she told myself and others that she actually would not make it to the show. I was actually disappointed, because I knew she was going to appreciate the play. I was also a little angry that I had a ticket that no one used. I could not fault our acquaintance for wanting to stay condo to make sure the a/c was fixed. When I went into the theater, I hastily found our seat! A lovely woman that I did not guess sat down in the seat next to me. I didn’t tell her that the seat was taken. At intermission, the two of us enjoyed drinks. She sat next to myself and others the whole night and the two of us enjoyed enjoying the show together. She left as soon as the second act was over. I don’t guess her name, however the two of us actually enjoyed a really nice play together.
