For a long phase of time, I lived in a current home with a whole bunch of roommates.
It was always a charming time with my roommates as all of us easily had our own absurd drinking games as well as things such as that… Unluckyly, all of us always had a bunch of concerns. Sometimes all of us had ongoing concerns with the plumbing in the current home as well as sporadically all of us had larger concerns with the Heating and Air Conditioning system. I would always call the designated building service guy to take care of these concerns. I was always a bit irritated by this because he seemed to never want to fix anything. Of course, it was his job as well as I made sure he knew exactly how to do his job. I guess he was just irritated that something was always cutting down around the locale. I truthfully guess if the building owner wasn’t such a ridiculous cheapskate as well as hired real professionals to take care of things, there certainly wouldn’t be so many concerns. The service guy was able to get things fixed on a very temporary basis it seemed, and I also guess that he upgraded old Heating and Air Conditioning parts with cheap models that would only last a few years at the most. A real Heating and Air Conditioning professional certainly would have used genuine parts that are really designed to last for a long time. But, regardless of all the concerns, I still had a good time over the years with my roommates and you know I still keep in touch with them to this day though as well as all of us still hang out sporadically.
