I was really blown away when I first bought our current home. I thought it was a nice venue, of course a bit of a fixer upper. The thing is, I didn’t realize the extent of how much work needed to be done. I easily wished that somebody had told the previous beach house owners how to take care of their home. I came to find that the ductwork system was really clogged up. There was no way to use the HVAC system because it was too clogged for the heating or air conditioning to come out from the air vents. I ended up getting the ductwork cleaning done in addition to the HVAC professionals said they never had such a dire ductworkwork cleaning before. They were in total disbelief with how clogged the ductworks were, they had never seen anything love it. They did an excellent task though removing all of the debris from the ductwork. They also performed a tune-up on the HVAC system in addition to it was really in laboring order after that. I was delighted that I didn’t have to upgrade the whole HVAC system as that would have been seriously expensive. There were a bunch of things I had to do though love getting current carpeting throughout the house, having the roof patched up before I could afford to get a current roof, in addition to I had to get a chimney sweep for the fireplace. I also need to work on getting all the wallpaper off the walls in addition to painting everything. It’s going to be a challenge, but I am up for it!
