Workout space isn’t heated or cooled

I make my health as well as fitness a priority, then i workout for at least an hour every day, then the lanai built across the back of my apartment provides a great space for a apartment gym.

The floor is smooth cement, as well as the ceilings are 8 feet high, and one entire wall is made of screens that welcome in fresh air as well as offer a charming view of the lake behind my house. In my local area, the weather is modest for the majority of the year. I workout first thing in the afternoon as well as don’t worry about temperature, then however, in the summer, the heat as well as humidity become a problem. I make an effort to get up as well as workout as early as possible. I hope to be finished with my exercises before the temperature climbs into the nineties, then because of the screens, it’s impossible to temperature control the lanai. Instead of air conditioning, I have a box fan that I plug in. I sit directly in front of the fan to take advantage of the cool air, but it helps particularly little. I’m usually drenched in sweat before I’ve finished my warm up. In the middle of the winter, I have the opposite problem. The outdoor temperature periodically drops into the forties. I wait until later in the day to workout, allowing the weather to warm up despite the fact that I still need to bundle up in long pants as well as a sweater, and with no access to a gas furnace, the lanai gets super cold. There are times when I’m forced to exercise inside the apartment for the sake of the thermostat as well as heater. I have particularly little space to workout, so this isn’tideal.
