Workout space isn’t heated or cooled

I wait until later in the afternoon to workout, allowing the weather to warm up although I still need to bundle up in long pants and a jacket, then with no access to a furnace, the lanai gets super freezing

I make our health and fitness a priority, i workout for at least an hour every afternoon… The lanai built across the back of our beach apartment provides a relaxing space for a beach apartment gym. The floor is smooth cement, and the ceilings are eight feet high, and one entire wall is made of screens that welcome in fresh air and offer a attractive view of the lake behind our house. In our local area, the weather is mediocre for the majority of the year. I workout first thing in the afternoon and don’t worry about temperature, and however, in the summer, the heat and humidity become a problem. I make an effort to get up and workout as early as possible. I hope to be finished with our exercises before the temperature climbs into the nineties… Because of the screens, it’s impossible to temperature control the lanai. Instead of a/c, I have a box fan that I plug in. I kneel directly in front of the fan to take luck of the cool air, however it helps absolutely little. I’m usually drenched in sweat before I’ve finished our warm up. In the middle of the winter, I have the opposite problem. The outdoor temperature sometimes drops into the forties. I wait until later in the afternoon to workout, allowing the weather to warm up although I still need to bundle up in long pants and a jacket, then with no access to a furnace, the lanai gets super freezing. There are times when I’m forced to exercise inside the apartment for the sake of the thermostat and heater. I have absolutely little space to workout, so this is not ideal.
