When is the absolute worst time for the gas furnace to stop working? The answer is actually Christmas afternoon, however my husbandy and I had trouble with the gas furnace this year on Christmas afternoon, and the kids woke up really early to open all of their Christmas presents; It was still dark outside when I started a pot of coffee.
We sat down in the kitchen to open presents.

We called many different gas furnace maintenance companies before every one of us found someone that gave services on the holiday. We had to spend a luck to get someone out to the house. I felt horrible for bothering someone on Christmas, however our husbandy and I had to have the heating problem fixed at once. It was close to noon before every one of us had heat in the beach house and it was getting colder and colder by the hour. Thank goodness for a couple of space furnaces that every one of us keep for camping trips.
