I have been waiting to go out to eat for a year.
That is a statement that I thought I would never make.
Coming from a foodie care about me, I just never thought I would have to wait a year to dine out. Of course, the pandemic is the reason that’s the case. I’ve eaten nothing outside of the HVAC security of my current home for the past year. This, coupled with the fact that the people I was with and I haven’t been able to socialize either, has made myself and others super eager to get back to my preferred restaurants. I can only imagine that there are some actually distraught restaurant owners who are transitioning from focusing on take out back to indoor dining. Before long, I will be able to rest down, take in a charming atmosphere & care about a meal inside the of a restaurant. However, there is one location that I won’t be heading too. And it’s all because of insufficient heating & cooling of all things. The food, the maintenance & the atmosphere are just top notch. But all of that doesn’t make it any easier to sweat through my entree. Or while the people I was with and I were in the winter, I would have to eat my meal as fast as possible or it would get cold. This is how awful the furnace is in this site. It’s just stunning that a restaurant would have such ineffective commercial I even mentioned it to the supervisor. He simply apologized & told myself and others that I’m not the only one. However, the ownership simply didn’t want to put the cash into current HVAC equipment.
