New HVAC plan is remarkable

But the air handler part is ductless & blows heating & cooling into the house.

I recognize that being a homeowner comes with a lot more responsibilities. That’s just part of the bargain. While you own your own castle, you also own all the potential problems as well. The afternoons of calling up the rental office to have them come have a look at the HVAC are over when you own your home. The buck literally stops with you. And this is something that I had to get accustomed to. However, it never gets straight-forward. And for the last few years, I have been waiting for the HVAC serviceman to tell myself and others that the HVAC component needs to be upgraded. And I finally got that heads up. The concern was that it wouldn’t just be the HVAC component that had to be upgraded. The entire HVAC plan including the HVAC duct would be part of the current HVAC. And the current HVAC duct would be a big, invasive project that would be chaotic, a mess & a hassle. And that’s before you even consider the expense. So when it was clear that our HVAC component was done, I turned to the HVAC business for some options… Boy did he ever come up with one. Instead of all that chaos that would go with the HVAC duct upgradement, he gave myself and others an HVAC alternative. This was my introduction to the ductless heat pump. A ductless heat pump is care about an smaller version of the heat pump. It still has a condenser & compressor that sits outside. But the air handler part is ductless & blows heating & cooling into the house. The HVAC business recommended that the people I was with and I go with a ductless multi break system. This would consist of 4 ductless heat pumps that would be spread across the house. And it would save us a ton of cash & a bunch of stress.
